Explore Collecting Dust Attic Treasures at the Chatham-Kent Museum

The Chatham-Kent Museum is pleased to announce that we are bringing back “Collecting Dust: Attic Treasures”! First exhibited in late 2020, Collecting Dust closed early to the public due to the pandemic and wanted to give more people the opportunity to see this jam-packed exhibit.

“Collecting Dust: Attic Treasures” will tour visitors through an eclectic attic space. A trip to the attic is an adventure waiting to happen and an invitation to imagine and discover old and new family stories of your own and our community. Come explore!

In addition to the exhibit, the museum is inviting all CK Attic Explorers to share their personal attic adventures and family discoveries over social media. Join us on Facebook and Instagram @CKMunicipalMuseums to post a photo and your story or email the museum at ckcccmuseum@chatham-kent.ca. We will include your story on-site at the museum for other visitors to enjoy!

We will also be refreshing the Imagination Station with some great retro activities that are fun for the whole family!

For more information visit www.chatham-kent.ca/CKMuseum and follow us @CKMunicipalMuseums for updates. The Chatham-Kent Museum will be open Wednesdays to Saturdays between the hours of 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Admission by donation.
