Arrange a Meeting with the Mayor

It is helpful to include details on the reason for the meeting, the issues that you wish to discuss and the names of the persons that plan to attend the meeting so that appropriate municipal staff can be invited, if necessary, and an appropriate meeting room can be arranged to accommodate those attending.


Invite the Mayor to Attend a Function or Event

Please include details regarding the event, date, time, location and what the Mayor's role will be at the event. As the Mayor's calendar fills up quickly, we ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible to respond to your request.

If the Mayor is not available to attend the event, we will arrange for the Acting Mayor, Ward Councillor(s) or Designate Councillor to attend and to represent the Municipality.


Request a Lapel Pin or Certificate of Recognition

Lapel Pins

There are two types of lapel pins. The number of pins provided is at the discretion of the Mayor. To order your lapel pins, please complete and submit the Lapel Pin Request Form.

  • Corporate Crest Lapel Pin: This pin shows the official corporate crest and can be provided to visiting groups, for community events and citizens that are travelling nationally or internationally.
  • Chatham-Kent Logo Lapel Pin: This pin shows the Chatham-Kent logo and can be provided to visiting groups, for community events and citizens that are travelling nationally or internationally.

Certificate of Recognition

Certificate of Recognition recognizes an important milestone of an individual, business or organization. To order your certificate, please complete and submit the Certificate of Recognition Form.
