Hairdresser Posting
Riverview Gardens Long-Term Care has a vacant space for a licensed Hairdresser to provide hairdressing services to residents. Riverview Gardens is home to 320 residents, of whom up to half would be the client(s) of each hairdresser. Services are requested throughout the week, including Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed to meet resident needs.
The Hairdresser would be an independently contracted service provider and would not be an agent, employee or partner of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. The Hairdresser would be required to enter into a license agreement with the Municipality for use of the space and to provide proof of valid insurance and licensing. The hairdressing space includes use of hair dressing service equipment, a waiting area, and telephone use. The Hairdresser will be required to provide their own hair salon products.
If you or someone you know is interested, please email resume and cover letter to Jodi Blonde at jodibl@chatham-kent.ca or call 519-352-4823 x 4829 for more details. The Municipality reserves the right to review, accept, and reject any application in its sole discretion if in the interest of the Municipality to do so.
