The CK Homeless Response Line is the main contact for people in Chatham‑Kent who are experiencing a housing crisis or emergency homelessness. The service helps people find safe temporary accommodations and connects them with supports.

If you believe you are at risk of experiencing homelessness, call Housing Services at 311 during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm). A Case Manager will return your call as soon as possible.
