Melissa Harrigan

​Raised in Tilbury, Melissa is an active community member who returned to Chatham-Kent after studying and working in other communities in Ontario. Her professional work has focused on policy development and evaluation, health system innovation, change management and leadership. Her priorities as a Councillor are to make strategic decisions that focus on family needs in all stages, support growth both in our local economy and communities and remove barriers to success faced by business, community groups and individuals. Melissa proudly roots her family and her garden in Jeanette's Creek. She is married to Kris, and they have three children, Jack, Liam, and Ruby.
