The Together CK Core Grant provides financial support to non-profit corporations and registered Canadian charities throughout Chatham-Kent to help provide quality programs and services to the community.
Together CK Core Grants are awarded every four years through a competitive process. This program provides operational and program-specific grants which support Council Term Priorities. The purpose is to invest in local initiatives to meet community needs and build organizational capacity.

Applications for the 2026-2029 funding period is now closed.

- Funding notifications to applicants: October 21-24, 2025
