How to Appear - Zoom Connection Details

If you have a matter scheduled for court, you can appear in person at our courthouse or remotely by Zoom audio/video conference unless otherwise ordered by a Justice of the Peace.

Please note: If you are appearing by Zoom and your matter is scheduled for trial or if you were summonsed to be a witness in a trial you are required to join by video.

To Join by Telephone:

  • Call (toll-free) 1-855-703-8985
  • When prompted enter the Meeting ID: 989 5487 1822
  • No participant numbers are assigned, press # to skip
  • When prompted enter the passcode: 166021
  • Please Note: press *6 to mute and unmute your phone

To Join by Video:

  • Go to the Zoom Link
  • Enter the Meeting ID: 989 5487 1822
  • Enter Passcode: 166021
  • Please ensure your Zoom username is your first and last legal name

If you are disconnected from the court proceeding, immediately try to reconnect using the same Meeting ID and Passcode.  If you are still having issues, please call our office at 519-352-8484.

Note: Recording/photographing/live streaming of court proceedings is strictly prohibited.  It is an offence under Section 136 of the Courts of Justice Act and may constitute contempt of court, to record, photograph, publish or broadcast court proceedings without express permission of the presiding judicial official.  The Protocol Regarding the Use of Electronic Communication Devices in Court Proceedings remains in effect.
