Fitness, Fun & Lifesaving Sport
Jr. Lifeguard Club - Ages 8-15
The program offers a combination of Lifesaving Sport with an added emphasis on introductory rescues and first aid skills. The Jr. Lifeguard program is for swimmers between levels or programs who would like to continue improving their strokes and swimming competency.

1st Step: Bronze Medallion & Emergency First Aid
Prerequisite:

2nd Step: Bronze Cross & Standard First Aid
Prerequisite:
- 13 years of age
- Successful completion of Bronze Medallion

3rd Step: National Lifeguard

1st Step: Swim Instructor

- Successful completion of Assistant Lifesaving Instructor
