The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is pleased to announce the reopening of additional Municipal Service Desks in Bothwell, Thamesville, and Wheatley, expanding in-person service options for residents across the community. These Service Desks are located within the Chatham-Kent Library branches.
Beginning October 20th, residents will once again be able to access a variety of municipal services close to home. Municipal Service Desks offer full in-person municipal services, such as:
- Pay property taxes
- Pay Entegrus invoices
- Obtain information on municipal services or report a problem
- Purchase dog tags
- Apply for marriage licences
- Purchase bus passes
Service Desk hours are as follows:
- Thamesville and Wheatley: Mondays, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Bothwell: Wednesdays, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
All locations will be closed from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch.
“Reopening these service desks strengthens our commitment to providing accessible and convenient services for all residents,” said Mayor Darrin Canniff. “We’re ensuring people across Chatham-Kent can easily connect with municipal staff and get the help they need.”
