NOTICE - Rental Renovation By-Law approved by Council
The Municipality has approved a new by-law that will require landlords to obtain a licence before evicting a tenant for the purpose of repairs or renovations.
Council passed the by-law on June 22, 2026; and it will come into effect until October 1, 2026.
