Talent Attraction & Retention Strategy

As part of CK Plan 2035 and the Growth Strategy, Chatham-Kent is focused on talent attraction and retention efforts. Chatham-Kent employers are seeking talent in order to sustain and grow their businesses, which supports a sustainable and healthy community. The Chatham-Kent Talent Attraction & Retention Framework includes seven key components, with many community stakeholders and partners having vital roles for success.

  1. CK employers have access to the talent they need to sustain/grow their businesses.
  2. Talent is connected to and stays in Chatham-Kent.
