Cultural Access Pass

As a gift to Canada's celebrated new citizens, the Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) offers the Cultural Access Pass (CAP) to new citizens. It provides complimentary admission to more than a thousand of Canada's cultural treasures from coast-to-coast-to-coast, and a 50% discount on travel with VIA Rail. The program creates opportunities for Canada's newest citizens to discover our rich cultural history, world-renowned artworks, historical figures and stunning parks.

Discounted Travel on VIA Rail

The discount applies to the lowest available fare of any class, one way or round trip, and may be used by any CAP member and up to four of their children under the age of 18. The discount is invalid during blackout periods.
