We have seen many operators grow into roles in maintenance, lead hand, supervisor, reception, purchasing and logistics roles as well as in research and development positions within the last few years.

Currently, we have approximately 90 employees and looking to grow the team by recruiting additional press operators for all three of our shifts. We offer our operators, lead hands and supervisors an attendance bonus of $2/hour. Our employees receive incentives such as an employee of the month program, holiday activities and town halls to collaboratively strengthen our workplace and workforce.
