Blenheim and Area

Blenheim is a must-stop if you are travelling along the historic Highway 3, also known as Talbot Trail.

Make a stop for great shopping and dining and check out the beautiful square and Talbot Trail Place, featuring seating areas, a picnic shelter, splash pad, and a summer concert series. The charming downtown is full of boutique clothing and home decor shops like Sixty One and Mindful Market and Eco Hub. You can stop at Charlie's Café for a delicious drink or dine-in/grab take-out at one of the many Blenheim restaurants, followed by dessert at the seasonal Frostbites icecream shop a locally brewed pint at Red Barn Brewing Company. History buffs will love visiting the Historical Society of Blenheim & District Heritage House and will discover the stories of local military heroes when exploring the Blenheim Freedom Library & Military Museum.

Every June, auto enthusiasts enjoy the Blenheim Classics Auto Show and in July you can bring the family to spit cherry pits and celebrate Cherry Fest and Sidewalk Days. In the winter, the Blenheim Golden Acres Curling Club hosts a four sheet curling club, which some say is "the best ice you'll ever find!"

Orchards and u-pick are central to a Blenheim area summer and fall experience. Be sure to make a stop at nearby Pardo's Berrie Farm, or linger at Greatview Orchards for a great selection of fruits and veggies. Mouth-watering fruits of all varieties are waiting for you to pick or buy, and memories of your time in the area will live on if you bring the ingredients home to make the perfect berry, peach, cherry or blueberry pie. Delhaven Orchards and Thompson's Orchards will also delight you with seasonal offerings of apples, peaches and a variety of other locally grown fruits. Head to Glad to Grow Glads for u-pick gladiolus and sunflowers while wandering the field of flowers.

The winding roads will lead you and your friends to Deer Run Golf Course or Willow Ridge Golf and Country Club for a challenging round of golf (be sure to check out all of CK's golf courses). If water is your thing, travel a little further to Shrewsbury for a delightful day on the bay with kayaks rentals from Shrewsbury/ Rondeau Kayaks & Bait. Be sure to explore the Rondeau Bay Marshes Conservation Area. You can take in the little town of Shrewsbury on foot with a hike along Raglan Trails

Blenheim and area communities offer the undeniable charm of rural experiences and all are a quick drive or nice bike ride to the beautiful shores of Lake Erie.

There is no doubt that once you visit Blenheim and area it will become a regular destination. Check out the 2022 episode of The Global Barber to see their visit to Blenheim.
