Blenheim Branch will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, October 28 to Tuesday, November 11
Blenheim Branch will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, October 28 to Tuesday, November 11 while the library's interior is painted. This refresh will help create a brighter, more welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.
During this time, a temporary Library Depot will be available down the hall from the main entrance, so visitors can still:
- Pick up holds
- Browse a small selection of books, DVDs, magazines, and video games
- Use photocopying and fax services
Please note that public computers and seating will not be available during the closure. There will be a drop box located on George St. for returns.
The branch is expected to reopen with regular hours and full services on Wednesday, November 12.
Dresden Branch Temporary Closure
Dresden Branch will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, October 29, Thursday, October 30, and Friday, November 7 to accommodate new shelving. Wednesday morning Storytime and Thursday evening Twilight Tales are cancelled on those days. The drop box will remain open.
Between Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 8, the microfilm machine will not be available and there may be some disruptions in public computer use. The adult fiction and non-fiction collection will not be available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and are looking forward to the branch being fully open again with rejuveniated shelving!
Dresden Branch Brown St. Entrance Closed
The Brown Street Entrance to Dresden Branch is closed due to repair of the steps. Please use the entrance on Centre Street to access the library. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
