Chatham-Kent Remembered in World War 1

In honour of Remembrance Day, Chatham-Kent Public Library and Chatham-Kent Museum are sharing a visual exhibit that reflects Chatham-Kent's experiences during the First World War. These images and their descriptions are courtesy of the Ley and Lois Smith Collection in the History Department at Western University in London, Ontario.

Wallaceburg Branch Fall Reading Contest

Leaves are falling and books are calling! Visit Wallaceburg Branch between October 14 and December 15 and earn a ballot for every item you borrow. Join us to learn how to turn your favourite recipes, special photographs, funny stories or inspirational quotes into a one of a kind gift. ​Café Capers-Chatham Branch

Join us Wednesday mornings for a different caper each week.  Some activities will be challenging, others will get you crafting and still others will be relaxing and fun.​​

December 10 - Singing the Holiday Tunes
December 17 - Let's Make a Leather Change Purse ​

Registration is not required.  Simply drop by the Library Café on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.  While in the café, you can also treat yourself to a hot or cold drink and a tasty snack if you like!


Mahjong Club

Chatham Branch
Mondays, 3:00 pm

Come and play the ancient Chinese game of Mahjong. Our in-person Mahjong Club takes place in the first floor Cafe area. This is a free, drop-in program.

Tuesdays at 2:00 pm

Spice Club
