Chatham Specialized Transit is a service exclusively for approved persons whose disability cannot be accommodated through the accessibility features on conventional transit. This service provides curb-to-curb shared ride public transit trips on a pre-booked basis within the Chatham urban limits (service boundary map).

Hours of Service
- Monday – Saturday: 6:15 am to 7:15 pm
- Sunday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

The application must:
- Be filled out by the applicant or designated person giving reasons for the request;
- Be signed by the applicant or signed on behalf of the applicant's designate;
- Be signed by the health care professional verifying his/her professional opinion why the applicant should be considered for specialized transit.
