The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has partnered South Essex Community Council (SECC) to provide accessible and affordable door-to-door transportation services for Chatham-Kent residents in Wheatley and parts of Romney. Please view the service map to see if you live in the coverage area. This service is operated by South Essex Community Council and was previously referred to as Erie Shore Transit.
SECC is part of the CareLink collaborative of agencies providing transportation services across Windsor-Essex County and area. Travel for appointments, socializing, errands, shopping, volunteering, or visiting family and friends. Vehicles are walk-on, walker, and wheelchair accessible.
Service Areas
SECC Transportation Services assists clients living in Leamington, Kingsville, and Wheatley and is available Monday to Friday. Service to Windsor and other parts of Essex County is available on select days. Trips must be scheduled in advance.
