Kicking off the unofficial Classic Car Season in Chatham-Kent annually, is RetroFest. Attracting thousands of car enthusiasts and families annually, this is a not miss event. Awarded again in 2024, a Festival Events Ontario Top 100 event - RetroFest will delight all of your senses.
On Friday, May 24, the event revs up with a "New Gen/Old Gen" Car Party in the Downtown Chatham Centre Parking lot along with plenty of action at Tecumseh Park.
Saturday, May 25, hundreds of cars adorn the street of downtown Chatham thanks to the hard work of the Kent Historic Auto Club Classic Car Show. Take a stroll through the downtown core to see classic cars of all vintages, proudly displayed by their owners. Don't be afraid to ask questions and take pictures of your favourites!
All weekend long, be sure to head into Tecumseh Park, filled with vendors, rides and retro-fun activities for the whole family, and a weekend of live entertainment.
