The Chatham-Kent Small Business Centre, in partnership with Small Business Centres Ontario, is hosting a free virtual event on August 3, 2021 at 10 am, called “Business Systems and Processes to Make You More Productive.” The event will help businesses owners develop systems and processes to make their business run smoother with the goal of freeing up time and resources to be more productive, earn more income, and look at growth potential.
“This is a perfect seminar for both new and established businesses in Chatham-Kent,” said Doug Robbins, Economic Development Officer with the Small Business Centre. “A key to sustainable growth is making time to work ON your business rather than just IN your business; kick starting or renewing this core concept is the focus of this session.”
The event will be lead by Presenter Andrew Patricio, founder and CEO of Bizlaunch. Patricio has been helping businesses around the world through his education seminars, his books on small business, and has advised thousands of entrepreneurs.
The agenda for the event includes topics such as:
- How to develop systems to better manage your business
- How to protect your business and staff
- How to train and motivate people
“As the province takes steps towards reopening, this is an ideal time for business leaders to think about how they can improve their overall operations, create additional value-add opportunities, and even look at how they improve their workforce,” said Matt Reaume, Economic Development Officer with the Small Business Centre. “We expect to see continued growth in Chatham-Kent over the next several years and want to help empower local businesses to maximize their potential for that growth.”
