There has been a consistently improving trend in this metric. In 2016, outstanding debt was 42.6%. In 2017 it improved by 7.6% to 35% and the following year it improved again by almost 5% for a metric of 30.7%. In 2019, the positive trend continues as the metrics continued to decrease to 26.1%. In 2020, outstanding debit fell an additional 16% to 22.4%. In 2021, outstanding debit fell again to 18.1%, almost a 25% decrease from the previous year.
