Comments on cause: Shortly after 5:00 AM this morning crews from Stations 10 – Orford & 11 – Ridgetown responded to 55 Marsh Road, Ridgetown for a structure fire at Waltron Trailer Manufacturing. Heavy smoke was showing from the rear of the building. Crews were able to keep the fire contained to the rear of the building. An excavator was brought in to assist with extinguishing the fire. Estimated loss 2 million dollars. No injuries. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
