Chatham Branch - Meeting Room
Located on the main floor, the Chatham Branch meeting room accommodates 70 people and is equipped with a TV monitor and speakers, as well as white boards. A number of room set up styles can be accommodated. For information on availability, call 519-354-2940.
Chatham Branch - Board Room
Located on the second floor, the Chatham Branch board room is equipped with a wall-mounted Epson BrightLink interactive digital projector and white boards. The room accommodates 15 people. For information on availability, call 519-354-2940.
Dresden Branch - Meeting Room
Located on the lower level, the Dresden Branch meeting room accommodates 89 people. For information on availability, call 519-683-4922.
Blenheim Branch - Meeting Room
The Blenheim Branch meeting room is located on the main floor and accommodates 10 to 15 people. For information on availability, call 519-676-3174.
Wallaceburg Branch - Meeting Room
The Wallaceburg Branch meeting room is located on the main floor and accommodates 6 people. For information on availability, call 519-627-5292.
Rental Fees
Payment must be made at the time of booking. Room bookings will not be considered complete until a signed rental contract has been submitted and rental fees paid.
Cancellation must be reported at least thirty (30) days in advance, freeing the room for other bookings. Cancellations with less than thirty (30) days' notice will result in a 50% charge of the full rental fee. Cancellations with less than one (1) working day's notice will result in a 100% charge.

Equipment Rentals
Projectors and screens are available to rent by day or for the weekend (i.e. Friday night pick up, Monday morning drop-off). A portable PA system and wireless microphone are also available to rent.
Payment must be made prior to or upon pick up. Cancellations of less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice will result in a charge for the full rental fee. See the Schedule of Library Fees and Fines for current pricing.
Equipment is held at the Chatham Branch and, with sufficient advanced notice, may be transferred to another branch for pick up. For equipment availability, call 519-354-2940. See our
