COVID-19 Service Information

Chatham-Kent's public transit service continues to operate regular hours and routes for riders requiring transportation for permitted purposes or activities.

It is mandatory that riders wear face coverings on public transit vehicles and practice physical distancing wherever possible, even at bus stops. Keep two (2) metres between yourself and others. Practice good personal hygiene, including frequent handwashing with soap and water or use hand sanitizer. 

Riders who exhibit signs and symptoms of should not take public transit and postpone their purchases of smart card passes, make them online or send someone in their place to purchase them on their behalf.

Anyone who has symptoms associated with COVID-19 or has travelled outside the country within the last 14 days or has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, should not take public transit.
