Admission to the Gallery is free! Voluntary donations are accepted and appreciated.
The Gallery, Museum, Theatre and Milner House are climate controlled for your comfort and/or for the protection of our artifacts and art.
An elevator is located in the Museum. There is no elevator access for the Theatre.
A water fountain is located in the main lobby of the building, near the Box Office.
Hearing Aid Devices
Devices are provided to Theatre patrons. Please identify your need to the Box Office 24 hours in advance.

Parking is provided free of charge. There are two parking lots: the largest one is located via William Street North and the other via Murray Street.
Enjoy the many picnic areas, located across the street in beautiful Tecumseh Park.
A pay telephone is located via the William Street North entrance.
There is a bus stop located near the Chatham Cultural Centre/Milner House parking lot on William Street North. The main downtown bus terminal is located within walking distance from the Centre. Please call 519-352-1920 for transit information.
The Research Library has a vide variety of information on prehistoric works to contemporary works in the form of art books, slides, periodicals, gallery publications and paper documents. The books are searchable through the Chatham-Kent library database which is available on-line and at all municipal libraries.
The Research Library is open by appointment only.
The Gallery provides research services. Fees vary.
Copies and Reproductions
No copies or reproductions may be made without written permission from the Thames Art Gallery.
There is a wheelchair accessible washroom located in the main lobby of the Centre and in the Museum.
Access to the use of a wheelchair during your visit is available.
