The Chatham-Kent Museum has an extensive local history archives and photograph collection that is available to students and researchers. Some fees may apply. Appointments are recommended. Please contact the Assistant Curator to arrange an appointment.
The Thames Art Gallery, Chatham-Kent Museum, Kiwanis Theatre, and Milner Heritage House are climate-controlled for your comfort and for the protection of our artifacts and art.
An elevator is located in the Museum that also provides access to the second floor of the Gallery. There is no elevator access for the Theatre.
Two water fountains are located in the main lobby of the building, near the Box Office.

Devices are provided to Theatre patrons. Please identify your need to the Box Office 24 hours in advance.
Parking is provided free of charge. There are 2 parking lots: the largest one is located in front of the Cultural Centre on William Street North and the other off Murray Street.
You can enjoy the many picnic areas, located across the street in beautiful Tecumseh Park.
A pay telephone is located inside the William Street North entrance.
There is a bus stop located near the Chatham Cultural Centre/Milner House parking lot on William Street North. The main downtown bus terminal is located within walking distance from the Centre. There is a wheelchair accessible washroom located in the main lobby of the Centre and in the Museum.
Wheelchair Access to the use of a wheelchair during your visit is available.
