The Chatham-Kent Museum Gift Shop is a pleasant surprise that offers many unique items and gifts for sale. Enter at the Museum/Gallery entrance off Murray Street. We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, and Visa. Currently, we are unable to offer e-sales.
The museum gift shop is open Wednesday to Friday 1:00PM - 7:00PM; Saturday and Sunday 11:00AM - 4:00PM
The Chatham-Kent Museum has a great selection of local history books for sale. For young historians, we have a great selection of books on ancient Egyptians, medieval life, and pioneers. Prices vary.
The shop carries retro toys, romantic home décor, leather journals, glassware, candy sticks, books by local authors, and items that are themed to match current museum exhibits, and life in 1905 as found at the Milner Heritage House.
We also try to carry Canadian, locally made, and Fair Trade products. If you are travelling the Tecumseh Parkway, and wish to purchase a souvenir, then our Canadian made, organic cotton t-shirts might just be what you are looking for!
Proceeds raised from the gift shop will go towards museum programming, artifact preservation, and exhibitions. There is always something new and out of the ordinary coming in. Stop in and see what’s new!
