Use the Interactive Mapping System
to find bike routes near you.
These are designated lanes for cyclists only and should be free of parked cars. Road markings show a diamond pattern with an image of a bicycle with a white line designating the lane.
A sharrow is an image of a bicycle with two chevrons above it. Sharrows help cyclists choose a route to ride and remind motorists to expect to see and share the road with cyclists. Unlike bicycle lanes, sharrows do not indicate "bicycle only."
