COVID-19 Update – June 26, 2020

We know you have been waiting for an update on what is happening this summer due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure the safety of our campers, staff, and community we are following the directions given by the Chatham-Kent Medical Officer of Health, Dr. David Colby, and Chatham-Kent Public Health.

Are summer camps running?

While camps are not open, we're hopeful we can provide Chatham-Kent families recreation opportunities soon.

Are outdoor pools opening this summer?

Following the directions given by the Chatham-Kent Medical Officer of Health, Dr. David Colby, and Chatham-Kent Public Health, municipal pools remain closed.

Our CKRec team is working behind the scenes to be prepared for different options should the current COVID pandemic situation change.

We want to be ready to provide a safe, healthy, and fun experience for families in our community after being at home for the last few months.
