Court Appearance Options
For all Part I tickets: These are tickets which have a set fine and you have the option to voluntarily pay the ticket; request a meeting with the prosecutor, or request a trial. If you choose a meeting with the prosecutor or a trial, you then have the option to choose to attend via Zoom or in person. If you do not make a choice as to appearance mode, the default will be in-person. Note: If you have opted to attend via Zoom, all trials must be via video.
Summons: If you received a summons which stipulates a date and time that you must appear before the court, you have the option to appear via Zoom or in person. After the first appearance, you and the court will determine appearance options moving forward.

Remote Hearing Guidelines
Rules
During courtroom proceedings, both in-person and remote, the following rules must be followed:
- No hats or sunglasses
- No food or drink
- No cell phones or pagers
- No newspapers or magazines
- Appropriate attire
- Address the presiding Justice of the Peace as "Your Worship"
