Court Appearance Options
For all Part I tickets: These are tickets which have a set fine and you have the option to voluntarily pay the ticket; request a meeting with the prosecutor; or request a trial. If you choose a meeting with the prosecutor or a trial, you then have the option to choose to attend via Zoom or in-person. If you do not make a choice as to appearance mode, the default will be in-person.
Summons: If you received a summons which stipulates a date and time that you must appear before the court, you have the option to appear via Zoom or in-person. After the first appearance you and the court will determine appearance options moving forward.
All TRIALS must be by video.
