The Integrated Planning Process is intended to provide a consolidated approach to the allocation of municipal resources, to improve the long-term decision-making processes by the citizens, administration and Council to ensure consistency across the Chatham-Kent and the Corporation.

The Integrated Planning & Reporting Cycle involves the following annual stages: 

1.     Business Plans (develop the action plans to meet the priorities and set the   performance targets to measure performance)

2.    Resource Allocation (apply resources to the action plans)

3.    Performance Measurement (review performance metrics and report on progress of action plans).
