The Project Management Office... Supports Project Teams by:

  • providing training
  • coaching and mentoring
  • management processes
  • templates to aid in accountability and consistenty
  • provides stakeholders with an overview of municipal projects by tracking progress and by advising on overall project management matters.

The PMO assists all departments in the municipality in systematically starting, monitoring and completing projects. This systematic approach enables the municipality to provide clear, timely, good-quality results, and to sustain them as long as they are needed. It also supports well-informed planning for the future.
