Drag Storytime at CKPL

Chatham-Kent Public Library is happy to present Fay and Fluffy’s Virtual Drag Storytime in celebration of Chatham-Kent’s Pride Week. Join us for songs and stories featuring messages of pride. This storytime celebrates culturally diverse books and provides a supportive and inclusive environment focused on fun! Everyone is welcome!

All books presented during storytime are available for check out from your local branch. Visit search.ckpl.ca to request any of these books or to view other selections in CKPL’s Rainbow Collection by searching “rainbow reads”.

JP (Fay) and Kaleb (Fluffy) are both drag performers and experienced child educators. By day, JP is an educator with the Toronto District School Board. Kaleb is an independent cultural producer and a child care provider.

This program will be released on August 21 at 10:00 am via a link emailed to all registered participants and can be watched and shared at your leisure.

To register please visit us online at www.ckpl.ca, call us at 519-354-2940 or drop in at any CKPL branch. Registration is required. Registrants will receive a free rainbow scratch bookmark while supplies last!
