TD Summer Reading Club

Have fun and keep busy all summer long with TD Summer Reading Club at Chatham-Kent Public Library! Want to learn more about TD Summer Reading Club? Check out our promo video on YouTube!

Join the Club at your local CKPL branch beginning June 26. Register between June 26 and June 30 and receive a free 3D printed "Game On" keychain.

Chatham-Kent Public Library is offering a mixture of Grab & Go, outdoor, and virtual programs as part of TD Summer Reading Club!

Boredom Busters - Register biweekly at your local library branch or register online at search.ckpl.ca by searching "boredom busters". Boredom Buster kits include a mixture of activities and library materials.

Are We There Yet? - Let us know you're going on a road trip and receive a kit of fun things to do in the car! No registration required.

Walk-a-Story - Pick up a map at a participating library branch to begin your Walk-a-Story "Duck on a Bike" by David Shannon. Participating libraries include Blenheim, Bothwell, Dresden, Highgate, Merlin, Ridgetown, Thamesville, Tilbury, and Wheatley branches. 

Storybook Trail - Walk the Storybook Trail at Crothers Park in Wallaceburg and at Kingston Park in Chatham to read "Down by the Sea with Mr. Magee" by Chris Van Dusen.

Virtual Art Gallery - Submit your artwork to be displayed in CKPL's Virtual Art Gallery! Submit your art at your local branch or to cklibrary@chatham-kent.ca. The link to CKPL's Virtual Art Gallery will be posted weekly on CKPL's Facebook page @ckplibrary.

LitBits - Visit CKPL's Facebook page @ckplibrary every Monday morning for pre-recorded Literacy Tidbits!

Zoom Storytime - Every Wednesday morning at 10:00 am beginning July 7. Register at your local library branch or by searching 'Zoom Storytime' at search.ckpl.ca.

Kahoot! for Kids! - A new quiz is posted every weekend on CKPL's Facebook page @ckplibrary.
