Employment & Social Services COVID-19 Response

Individuals or families who receive Ontario Works Assistance and who have additional expenses related to the pandemic should contact their Case Manager during regular business hours for help with these costs.  Your worker can also assist you with applying for Federal Benefits such as the Canada Recovery Benefit or help you find information on other new programs related to COVID-19.

If you are not in receipt of Ontario Works or ODSP and are in financial need, you may be entitled to Emergency Assistance from Ontario Works through Employment and Social Services. Call 519.351.8573 Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:00PM for prompt and helpful service. 

Contact one of our Community Navigators or our Employment Resource Advisors. All are still working via phone to help. Community Navigators work Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM and can be reached by calling: 226.312.2025 ext.4852 or ext.4853
