If you are currently experiencing homelessness, please contact Employment and Social Services at 435 Grand Ave. W Chatham, ON by calling 519.351.8573 or email email@example.com during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm). You will meet with a Case Manager to discuss your situation and create a rapid re-housing plan.
If you experience homelessness after hours, on weekends or holidays, the CK Homeless Response Line is available by calling 519.354.6628. Callers will be directed to safe temporary housing with family/friends or referred to local emergency accommodations. A Case Manager from Employment and Social Services will contact you the following business day to discuss next steps.
