There are three ways to register for any of our camps:
Online - Service is available 24/7.
Phone - Call 519-360-1998 or your local municipal centre during business hours.
In-Person - Visit your local municipal centre during business hours to register in-person.
Payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Cheques are accepted for in-person registration.View CampsRegister
Full payment of camp fees must be made at the time of registration. Please keep a copy of your receipt. Duplicate receipts will only be printed upon request and at a cost of $10 per request.
Financial assistance for CKRec camps is available to those who qualify. Please call 519-360-1998 for more information on our camp subsidies.
Cancellations and Changes to Programs
All camp programs must have a minimum of six participants enrolled to operate. In the event a camp program is cancelled, parents/guardians will be notified by telephone on the Friday prior to the commencement of the program.
If a camp program is cancelled, you have the option of transferring your child to another program for that week or a subsequent week or receiving a full refund.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Program is cancelled by CK Recreation - a full refund is provided.
Participant is withdrawn from the program at the request of CK Recreation - refund equivalent to the unused portion of the program.
Withdrawal from program at least five business days prior to the start of the program - full refund.
Withdrawal from program less than five business days prior to the start of the program - refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
Withdrawal from program due to medical reasons after the start of the program - prorated refund will be issued only with a doctor's note being provided prior to the end of the program minus a $10 administrative fee.
Withdrawal from program after the start or end of the program - sorry, no refund.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing a refund cheque. Debit refunds must be completed in-person at the Park Avenue Business Centre Recreation Office.
