Let's Talk CK - Library Satisfaction Survey
Chatham-Kent Public Library is conducting this customer service survey to:
- gauge user satisfaction,
- assess users' needs (usage), and
- learn what other services users would like.
Questionnaires and surveys provide the library with valuable information about community needs. By understanding the needs of our community, we will have a valuable tool to help plan the library’s services, programming and development.
Information gathered from this survey will assist the library in identifying and clarifying service priorities and allocating current and future resources so that library services are in strong alignment with the evolving needs of our core patron groups.
