Family Activities at Chatham-Kent Public Library

Join us at Tilbury Branch for “Paws 4 Stories” storytime with Tully. Tully, a St. John Ambulance therapy dog, and his handler Cathy will be on hand to read stories together as a group, and then kids can read individually to Tully. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice reading skills with a friendly, furry fellow who loves children, or to feel more confident around dogs.

Join Tilbury Branch for “Paws 4 Stories”:
Thursday, October 10      6:00 pm       Fire Safety theme
Tuesday, October 29       6:00 pm       Hallowe’en theme – costumes welcome

Also, don’t forget that you're invited to Book Bash Canadian Children's Literature Festival. Book Bash is a free event that celebrates literacy and the joy of reading. Meet Canadian authors and illustrators, enjoy storytelling and music, and participate in art and technology workshops. There are activities for all ages.

Wednesday, October 23    5:00 to 8:30 pm at John D. Bradley Convention Centre
