  • Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose with regard to Chatham-Kent Accessibility Advisory Committee 2018 – 2019 Accessibility Report and Terms of Reference. Section 239(2)(f), Municipal Act, 2001.
