Exchanges
Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show or another seat location. The cost is $1.50 per ticket.

Lost Tickets 
Lost or misplaced tickets can be reprinted at a cost of $1.50 per ticket. Please call the Box Office at 519.354.8338 to make arrangements.

Children in the Theatre
Children are welcome to all performances providing they are old enough to enjoy the show. However, everyone in the theatre, including children of all ages, must have a ticket. For family performances, complimentary tickets are provided to children under one.

Cameras, Electronic and Recording Devices
Cameras, electronic or recording devices are not permitted in the Chatham-Kent Museum, Thames Art Gallery or the Kiwanis Theatre.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for ticket sales, registrations, art classes or summer camps.

Latecomers
Latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the House Manager.

Right to Refuse
Box Office staff retain the right to refuse to sell tickets to anyone whose conduct they feel is inappropriate.

Cancellations
Dates and performances are subject to change.
