The Building, Enforcement and Licensing Services provides code compliance and licensing services to residents, businesses and institutions in Chatham-Kent.
The primary purpose of this division is to assure compliance with building, property, licensing statutes and by-laws in Chatham-Kent through building construction, by-law enforcement and licensing services.
