The committees which belong to this group are those committees whose responsibilities pertain to the creation and distribution of utilities and energy throughout the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.  These committees help to solve issues surrounding the aforementioned in addition to providing the citizens of  the Municipality with a forum in which they can express concerns and opinions.  There are only two committees that belong to this group, and they are as follows:

• Chatham-Kent Energy Board

• Public Utilities Commission
