Project Description

Public Notice 

ISF# 143 - King St Sanitary Sewer Relining Project – Community of Chatham

This project is comprised of relining the existing sanitary sewer located along King Street, Wellington Street and Fourth Street, located within the Community of Chatham. In addition to relining the existing sanitary sewers, the project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. The project also includes a significant upgrade and improvement to the existing sanitary sewage pump station located along the King Street West corridor. These improvements include the replacement of the various sewage pumps and control systems, as well as significant improvements to the existing pump station building. In addition, a standby generator will be integrated into the existing pump station. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.  

 

ISF# 152 - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Community of Wallaceburg

This project is comprised of relining the existing sanitary sewer located throughout the community of Wallaceburg. In addition to relining the existing sanitary sewers there will also be spot repairs carried out to restore the system to a significantly improved facility life.  The complete replacement of a few lengths of sanitary sewer will also be carried out.  The project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. The project also includes significant upgrade and improvement to the existing sanitary sewage pump stations located in the community. These improvements include the replacement of the various sewage pumps, control systems, station valving, emergency power switching gear. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.

ISF# 153 - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Community of Wallaceburg,  

This project is comprised of relining the existing sanitary sewer located throughout the community of Wallaceburg. In addition to relining the existing sanitary sewers there will also be external spot repairs carried out to restore the system to a like new state.  The project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. The project also includes significant upgrade and improvement to the existing sanitary sewage pump stations located in the community. These improvements include the replacement of the various sewage pumps, control systems, station valving, emergency power switching gear and in some cases wet well chambers. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.

ISF# 160 - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Community of Tilbury 

This project is comprised of rehabilitating existing sanitary sewers located throughout the community of Tilbury. There will also be spot repairs carried out to restore the system to a significantly improved facility life.  In addition to spot repairs there will also be the complete replacement of a few lengths of sanitary sewers along various sections in the community.  The project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.

This project is comprised of relining the existing sanitary sewers located in the Tecumseh Park area within the community of Chatham. In addition to relining the existing sanitary sewers there will also be spot repairs carried out to restore the system to a significantly improved facility life.  The complete replacement of a few lengths of sanitary sewer will also be carried out.  The project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.

ISF# 167 - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - Community of Chatham

This project is comprised of relining the existing sanitary sewers located within the community of Chatham in the area bordered by Lacroix Street to the West, Queen Street to the East, Harvey Street to the North and the CN Railway to the South. In addition to relining the existing sanitary sewers there will also be spot repairs carried out to restore the system to a significantly improved facility life.  The project also includes the replacement of various maintenance holes associated with these sewers. There will be various contracts to carry out this work.
