The Municipality of Chatham-Kent offers an on-line service that provides more information on property taxes.

This new service allows subscribers to search for property information, provides details on the property and offers mapping information. In addition, the service also provides the ability to request an on-line certificate of taxes, pay for the transaction, and receive an electronic copy of the tax certificate.
The service requires an annual subscription fee of $100.00 in order to use the service.

Municipal Properties Assessment Corporation (MPAC)
For property assessment information, we encourage you to visit the MPAC Web site at www.mpac.ca, and use either the “eProducts” or the "On-Line Products" (such as "AboutmyProperty") to purchase or view assessment information for your property(s). Any property owner in Ontario can gain access to MPAC's assessment information for their property(s) using AboutmyProperty, however, you must first register for the service and there is a limit to the number of properties that can be reviewed free of charge. MPAC's "eProducts" service allows you to view assessment, site, structural, and sales data for all properties across Ontario and can be purchased either by subscription or by using your credit-card.
