ServiceOntario and about 400 public and First Nations libraries and band offices across the province are making it easier for people to access Ontario government information and services online.

By logging on to the ServiceOntario website, you can:

  • Apply for a birth, marriage or death certificate
  • Register for a campsite
  • Get an application for a health card
  • Register a newborn baby
  • Renew a car licence plate sticker online
  • Change the address for your health card, driver’s licence and outdoors card – all in one step
  • Register a business name – and more

The Chatham-Kent Public Library offers online access to ServiceOntario's website at all eleven CKPL locations. Library staff also offer:

  • Help accessing ServiceOntario websites for information on programs, services or transactions
  • Referrals to government staff who can provide you with specialized help
  • Answers to questions about government services
  • Downloading and printing of government forms.
Visit one of ServiceOntario's websites:

The ServiceOntario at Libraries program is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services.
