FAQ: Q1: How many titles can I have checked out at the same time?
A1: You can have up to 5 titles checked out at any given time.
Q2: Why did I get an error message saying 'Your card has expired' or 'Invalid Library Card" or 'You are barred from borrowing' or 'Unknown barcode'?
A2: If you received one of the above messages, please contact your local library and check the status of your library account. Your library card may have expired, you may have more than $10 in fines or more than 3 overdue items, or other issues that prevent you from using the digital library service. If you see 'Unknown barcode', you may have entered your library card number incorrectly. Please call 519.354.2940 or email cklibrary@chatham-kent.ca for assistance.
Q3: Can I download a title multiple times during the checkout period?
A3: If you've misplaced a downloaded title, the Ontario Library Service – Download Centre maintains a history of borrowed digital materials called "My Items Out". During the lending period, you can re-download from the "My Items Out" feature by clicking on the link in the My Account section.
