Job description:

The Chatham-Kent Utility Services Inc. has an opening for a temporary full-time Customer Account Representatives. This position is for approximately 37.5 hours per week, for a period up to December 16, 2010.

 

Key Responsibilities and Position Expectations:

·         All aspects of Customer accounts including but not limited to – Billing, Collections, Call Centre

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

·         Answer customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone

·         Convey information accurately and consistently

·         Maintain confidentiality of issues and concerns

·         Perform duties in a timely manner

·         Provide exceptional customer service skills

 

Qualifications:

·         Possess a post-secondary diploma from a Business Administration Program

·         Customer Service and/or Public Relations Course would be an asset

·         Previous Customer Service Experience would be an asset

·         Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills

·         Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently

·         Good telephone/customer service skills to respond effectively/tactfully to customers

·         Experience in a computerized office environment

Compensation:

This temporary full-time position has an hourly wage of $15.80, plus vacation pay and statutory benefits in accordance with Employment Standards Act
