The Community Strategic Planning Committee is a Committee of Chatham-Kent Municipal Council. Its mandate is to assist Council and the broader community in planning and implementing its strategic planning activities and the resultant directions. This committee is an essential piece of the processes of change, with its activities that are aligned to allow for new ideas and discussions about those ideas within and across the Municipality.

Generally speaking, the committee meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. (minimum 8 meetings/year). At each of these meetings, the notes are recorded and sent back to the committee for approval. The chart below contains the minutes of the Community Strategic Planning Committee from 2008 until present day.
