We are pleased to announce that applications are now available for the 2010 round of the Community Partnership Fund. We encourage community groups with projects in mind for 2010 to apply for funding of up to 50% of project costs, to a maximum of $10,000 per project for Mainstream projects and a maximum of $5,000 per project under the Festivals and Events component.

The deadline for applications to the 2010 round of the Community Partnership Fund is Friday, December 11, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. Pick up your application at any municipal centre, information desk, or library throughout Chatham-Kent. Applications are also available online (under the Community Services heading, choose the “Getting Involved” option).

PLEASE NOTE: We will be hosting three “CPF Best Practices” information sessions as follows:

Tuesday, November 3 Blenheim Fire station 18 – Training Hall
Wednesday, November 4 Chatham, Civic Centre, Council Chambers
Thursday, November 5 Wallaceburg Municipal Centre

Community groups are encouraged to attend one of these sessions to acquire beneficial tips and tools for writing CPF grant applications. All sessions will be held from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Please RSVP by Friday, October 30, 2009 to CKpartnership@chatham-kent.ca
